Beef Keema

here's a simple beef keema recipe you can try:

Ingredients:

500g minced beef

1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, minced
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add minced garlic and ginger and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add minced beef and mix well with the spices.

Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked and the gravy has thickened.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
